Kofi Annan MBA Scholarships at ESMT
The Kofi Annan Business School Foundation provides fellowships for talented and motivated students from developing countries that allow them to obtain a university degree in Europe at one of the academic partners of the Kofi Annan Business School Foundation which includes ESMT. The value of the fellowship is €58,000 which includes a full scholarship from ESMT plus fair compensation for travel and accommodation costs, and program related fees.
HEC-Eiffel Scholarships in MBA for Developing Countries
The HEC MBA Program applies to Eiffel scholarships on behalf of admitted eligible students who are from emerging countries especially in Asia and Latin America. The Eiffel Scholarship provides successful participants with a monthly allowance of Euro 1,181, and covers additional expenses including travel, health insurance and cultural activities. Tuition fees are not covered by the scholarship.
IMD Jim Ellert MBA Scholarships
Jim Ellert MBA Scholarships are intended for students from Africa, Central & Eastern Europe (including all former Soviet republics), and the South-Eastern Asian Peninsula (Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia) who wish to pursue an MBA Degree at IMD.  The scholarship is  valued at CHF 20,000.

Canon Collins Distance Learning MBA Scholarships at Edinburgh Business School

Forte Fellows Program
The FortĂ© Fellows Program was created with the intention of increasing the number of women applying to and enrolling in MBA programs by offering fellowships to women pursuing a full-time, part-time or executive MBA education at selected business schools worldwide. Students of all nationalities are eligible for consideration. The scholarship value varies and can be in the range of $15,000 – $25,000 or more.
INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF) Women’s Scholarship
The IAF Women’s Scholarships support INSEAD’s commitment to bring outstanding women professionals to the MBA Programme and to increase representation of women in leadership positions in the business community.  The scholarship value is up to € 15,000.
Nestle MBA Scholarships for Women at IMD
The NestlĂ© Scholarship for Women was first awarded in 1997 and was initiated by a group of IMD MBA participants who wanted to encourage women to take the MBA.  The scholarship value is CHF 25,000.
Fondation Rainbow Bridge MBA Scholarships at HEC Paris
The Fondation Rainbow Bridge Foundation aims to enable young women recipients to enrich their academic background by obtaining an HEC MBA.  The scholarships are for women from Asian or African countries affected by natural disasters, drought or famine. The scholarship value is € 20,000.
ESADE Women of the World Scholarship
Supporting female MBA candidates with significant international exposure, these scholarships are awarded to women with unique intercultural perspectives.  This scholarship is available to female candidates of all nationalities and backgrounds, especially to those with proven financial needs.  The scholarships on average cover up to 50% of the tuition fees.
London Business School Women’s Scholarships
The aim of the London Business School Women’s scholarship is to support female candidates of merit and to help increase the number of women joining the London Business School.  The scholarship covers first year fees.  There are a few other awards for women offered by the School and those awards range from £20,000-£30,000.
ESMT Academic Excellence Scholarships for Women
ESMT offers special-tuition scholarships to female candidates applying to the ESMT Full-time MBA program with an exceptionally strong GMAT score and a record of academic excellence at undergraduate level.  The scholarship covers full tuition and fees.
SDA Bocconi Scholarships for Women
Partial scholarships are offered to outstanding women applicants of SDA Bocconi’s full time MBA Programme. There is one partial tuition fee waiver worth up to 70% and another one worth up to 50%.

Post Doc position – Evaluating the impacts of cropping system innovations in Africa (Bonn, Germany)

Post Doc position – Evaluating the impacts of cropping system innovations in Africa (Bonn, Germany) The Crop Science Group at the Institute of Crop Science and Research Conservation (INRES), and the Centre for Development Research (ZEF), both at University of Bonn, offer a Post Doc position with the major task to evaluate the impacts of innovations in technology and crop management on the productivity of cropping systems in Africa. Main activities of this position will comprise (i) up-scaling cropping system models for large area assessment of major food and cash crops including uncertainty analysis, (ii) application of up-scaled models accounting for present production conditions and potential future changes in technology and crop management, and (iii) linking the up-scaled cropping system models with national and continental scale economic models. The research is embedded within the German initiative to establish green innovation centers in Africa (https://www.deutschland.de/en/topic/environment/resourcessustainability/german-initiative-for-green-centres) led by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). We are looking for a highly motivated person to work in an interdisciplinary team in cooperation with ZEF at Bonn and the partners in the “Program of Accompanying Research for Agricultural Innovation” (PARI) in selected countries in Africa. The successful candidate has a PhD degree in agriculture, plant sciences, geo-ecology or related sciences with a background in (preferably tropical) cropping systems or crop production. Expertise in improving and applying crop simulation models is essential. Experiences in the use of geographical information systems, object oriented programming (Java, C#) and skills in database management are an advantage. The ability to travel to Africa is expected and a good command of English is required. We offer a full position paid according to the German regulations for scientists at the Postdoc level (TVL-13). Applicants with more than three years of experiences in scientific research may be eligible for additional upgrades. The contract will be initially for the first phase of the program up to December 2017. The position is available immediately. University of Pavia and EDiSU offer 10 Scholarships for Developing Countries

Each year the University of Pavia and the Organisation for the Right to Education (EDiSU) offer 10 scholarships for visiting scholars for a period of stay of 4 to 10 weeks at the University of Pavia. The scholarships are available for both junior and senior members of universities in developing countries and members of major research centres and international organizations with specific interests in the field of development studies. The application deadline is May 31st, 2015.

Scholarship Description: The scholarships were designed for both junior and senior members of universities in developing countries or members of major research centres and international organizations with specific interests in the field of development University of Pavia, Italystudies. Since 1998, the University of Pavia and the Institute for University Studies (EDiSU) have offered about ten scholarships yearly for a four to ten week stay in Pavia, during which time the scholars carry out joint research with professors in the department that hosts them and often hold seminars. Academics and other researchers from developing countries who wish to carry out research in collaboration with a professor at the University of Pavia are welcome to apply. Applicants must have the support of a collaborator at the University of Pavia.
Number of award(s): The University of Pavia and the Organisation for the Right to Education (EDiSU) provide 10 scholarships for 2016.
Duration of award(s): CICOPS scholarships are foreseen for research collaboration in the short period (from 4 to 10 weeks) in order to encourage the mobility of researchers from developing countries.
What does it cover? Scholarship includes travel (economy class), board and lodging expenses and a pocket money of 150.00 Euro (gross) per week.
Selection Criteria: Scientific and professional value being equal, preference will be given to applicants employed at Universities/Institutions linked to University of Pavia with a pre-existing Cooperation Agreement and to applicants from lower income economies, according to the World Bank list. The committee will rank the candidates and the scholarships will be assigned according to a principle of rotation among the departments.
Notification: A decision will be taken by a Committee composed of the President of CICOPS and by two members designated by the Reactor by June 30th 2015.
How to Apply: The students can apply online. Applications must be supported by a letter of invitation from a teacher of the University of Pavia, someone who would work with you on a joint research while in Pavia. Without a formal invitation from a professor of the University of Pavia your application will not be taken into consideration.
Scholarship Application Deadline: The application deadline is May 31st, 2015.
